Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with GrowTime Garden Supply. Here's how we get your order to you.

Order processing
We process orders within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and destination. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and the carrier. Some special order items ship free — that'll be shown at checkout when it applies.

Special order items
Some products are special order items that ship directly from our supplier or the manufacturer. These may ship separately from the rest of your order and can take a little longer to arrive. We'll provide tracking when it's available.

Local pickup
Skip shipping and pick up in store. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready at 1102 Missouri Blvd, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Pickup is available during regular store hours.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Once an order leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's control, so we can't guarantee carrier timelines. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us right away and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
