Queen Introduction Cage

This introduction cage ensures that a colony will accept their new Queen. Trap the Queen (virgin or mated) on a brood frame and push the cage directly into the wax. It is best to make sure that there are some open cells among the brood so that a mated Queen can begin laying immediately, thereby increasing the chance of the colony accepting her.
