Diffusion Pump Flange Kit for ULK-04A

This stainless steel flange kit will convert intake and exhaust connections on your ULVAC ULK-04A* diffusion pump to a KF vacuum system. This kit includes the flanges shown, along with all the stainless steel hardware needed to attach all the parts to the diffusion vacuum pump. 

Intake Size: KF-40 (NW-40)

Exhaust Size: KF-25 (NW-25)
