The stainless Dial Thermometer face is 3-inch diameter and reads 0 to 220 degrees in Fahrenheit and 0 to 100 degrees in Celsius. This thermometer is  1.5″ Tri-clamp and the probe depth from the tri-clamp is 2″ long.
