🌱 Growing instructions

• Soak seeds in water for 8-12 hours, then drain thoroughly.
• Fill a shallow tray with 1-2 inches of moist potting mix. Press the soil to flatten it.
• Sprinkle the soaked seeds evenly across the entire surface of the soil.
• Cover the seeds with a second tray and place a small weight on top. Keep in a dark place for 2-3 days.
• Remove the top tray and place your microgreens in a sunny windowsill or under a grow light. Water daily with a mister.
• In 8-10 days, your sunflower sprouts will be ready to harvest. Cut with clean scissors just above the soil line.
