Golden Sunrise is a beautiful variety of Swiss Chard with long, slender, and deep gold stems, crowned by lightly savoyed, large, rich green leaves. Incredibly tender and tasting much like a milder spinach or pak choi, these high yielding plants are a favourite among homeowners and gardeners, both for their look and for their taste. Used mainly in dishes containing spinach or pak choi, and can be eaten in salad as well. Planting: Plant in early spring/late summer. Will require thinning as they produce more than one plant per seed. Soil: Fertile, Well-drained soil. Sowing Depth: 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) deep. Spacing: 2-3 inches (5-7.5 cm). Light: Full sun. Watering: Water frequently to keep soil moist, but not soggy. Harvest in 8-12 days for microgreens , harvest in 60 days for mature plant.
