Cylindrical white roots to 5" long. Fast and easy to grow, radishes are best in cool weather. Perfect radishes for Kimchee or pickled carrots. The greens of the Icicle radish can be used in salads, or added to soups, stir-fries and curries. Serve whole as a crudité alongside cream based dips, softened butter, or soft cheeses. To store keep Icicle radishes refrigerated and use within one week.
